Cancellation Policy

Theatricult Cancellation & Refund Policy Membership Cancellations (Overdramatics Anonymous Book Club & Other Subscriptions) Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time. If a member cancels but wishes to rejoin, they may do so at any time, subject to availability. Workshops & Class Cancellations Participant Cancellations: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class/workshop. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future session at Theatricult’s discretion. Theatricult Cancellations: If Theatricult or an instructor must cancel a class, participants will be offered a full refund or credit toward another session. Event & Table Read Cancellations Free events (such as table reads) may require RSVP to ensure an accurate headcount. If you RSVP and later cannot attend, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation to free up space for others. If a paid event must be canceled by Theatricult, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event. Instructor & Performer Cancellations If an instructor or performer cannot fulfill their commitment, Theatricult will work to secure a replacement or reschedule the session.
