• Any content you create and submit to Theatricult remains your intellectual property, but by submitting it, you grant Theatricult a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share it within our services.

• Theatricult content, including text, graphics, logos, and other media, is owned by Theatricult or third parties and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without explicit permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our services to:

• Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.

6. Disputes & Liability

• Theatricult provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from the use of our services.

• Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Missouri.
   

7. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms of Service. Users may also request account termination by contacting Justin@theatricult.org .
